 I want to share something with you. A few years ago, I found myself in a financial place I never expected to be in.  After closing my then third practice and shifting the debt load to my existing other two practices, I experienced financial strain and pressure. I was a professional woman, a business owner, and a leader in my community. On the outside, I appeared confident and successful and having it all together; but behind the scenes, I was silently in financial chaos and personal burnout. I had income coming in, but I didn’t have control over it, nor the systems in place to truly manage my finances. I had a lot of money coming in but even more going out.

I lived with the shame of knowing I should have been further along and the guilt and fear of admitting that something wasn't working. The weight became too heavy to continue to pretend I had it all together. I considered bankruptcy but something inside of me told me that I was not to pursue that route. 

I would awaken every morning at 4AM stressed and overloaded about which direction I should go and how I should fix my mess.  That's when I began to embrace my circumstances and not just cry about it. I made a decision to face the truth, heal my financial patterns, and realign my income with my purpose.

I began to build again -- but this time with clarity, freedom and prosperity as my guide. That's when ASCEND was birthed out of my own healing. A transformational Coaching Program that helps "financial freedom and abundance seeking" women like you shift from stress and survival into strategy and stability.
